Any inquiry policy coverage and claims should be directed to TicketPlan powered by APRIL, at missiontix@apriltravelprotection.com.

The TicketPlan policy is for reimbursement of up to $5,000 of your nonrefundable, unused ticket.

The reason for cancellation under this plan must be for a covered reason as listed on your policy terms and conditions.

The purchase of this product is not required in order to purchase any other travel product or service. Your event retailer might not be licensed to sell travel insurance and will only be able to provide general information about the product. An unlicensed retailer may not answer technical questions about the terms and conditions of the insurance offered and may not evaluate the adequacy of your existing insurance coverage.

The products being offered provide insurance coverage that only applies during the covered event. You may have insurance coverage from other sources that provides similar benefits but may be subject to different restrictions depending upon the coverage.

You may wish to compare the terms of the travel/event policy offered through APRIL USA with any existing life, health, home, and automobile insurance policies you may have.

The TicketPlan coverage is underwritten by Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance Company (domiciled in Nebraska; California Certificate of Authority #3148-4; NAIC# 22276), 1314 Douglas Street, Suite 1400, Omaha, NE 68102.

For Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance, applicant understands clicking the agreement box before checkout constitutes an electronic signature.

The electronic signature documents, the applicant's consent to all of the provided terms and conditions. Electronic signatures are legal and enforceable in the same fashion as a traditional signature.

Applicant consents to issuance of their policy documents, and all other notices, electronically via email if an email address is provided. Applicant should be diligent in updating their provided email address if any changes occur. Applicant may withdraw their consent and request a paper copy of their policy document at missiontix@apriltravelprotection.com.
