To find and review a specific customer’s order click the orange gear next to your event to access event settings. Select “search orders” from the drop-down menu.
“Search orders” allows you to view customer information like the date and time customers placed their order, their order number, and the total purchase amount. If the event is active, you can also download the customer’s print-at-home tickets.
Pro-Tip: Let’s say a customer is having difficulty downloading their ticket from an email or accessing it via their mobile phone. If your event is still live, “search orders” will allow you to access their ticket and scan them into the event.
