You can view your attendees’ responses to these questions in the ATTENDEE LIST export.
Enable Americans with Disabilities Act: Enabling this field presents two questions to your attendees during checkout: “Do you require special assistance?” and “Please specify any dietary restrictions.”
Add a question: Ask attendees any question you want. This allows guests to provide open-ended answers via a text box. You can ask questions like, “How can we improve our event?” or “What band would you like to see at this event next year?”
Ask a yes or no question: Ask a question for which you would like a “yes” or “no” response such as “Is this your first time attending this event?”
Business Type: This field will ask attendees to describe their business or company in a text-box.
Collect Birthday: Ask attendees to enter their birthday.
PRO TIP: Use the information gathered from the “Collect Birthday” field as part of a customer retention strategy, by offering discounts to past attendees on their next birthday.
“How did you hear about this event?”: Attendees are presented with a text box to enter referral data.
“What act are you going to see?”: Attendees are presented with a text box in which they will input a short description of the act (band, speaker, etc.) they are most excited to see.
