Can I get a refund?

MissionTix does not offer refunds on ticket purchases. All funds collected are on behalf of our event organizers and property thereof, therefore we are unauthorized to refund any credit card transactions.

If there has been a significant change to the event such as a location change or date change, we will work with the event organizers to send an announcement email to all ticket holders with details as to whether refunds are available.

If you are unable to attend an event you already purchased tickets for, you may transfer your ticket to a friend or third-party website unless otherwise noted in the event's description. Click here to learn more about transferring tickets.
